He enjoys creating clean tapers, burst fades, and mullets, and loves seeing clients leave the chair looking their best with a boost of confidence. Chris discovered his passion for barbering at a young age and decided to pursue it as a career, drawing inspiration from Jon and the opportunity to turn that passion into a profession. Outside of the shop, he's a dedicated car enthusiast who enjoys everything from car meets and shows to movies and video games, and he also spends his free time riding dirt bikes and quads on the trails with friends or playing pool. As he continues to grow behind the chair, Chris looks forward to welcoming new clients and building lasting relationships through every cut.

Mike has been cutting hair for a year and a half and brings a focused, detail-driven approach to every service. He specializes in clean tapers that elevate a client’s overall look. What he enjoys most about being a barber is seeing the full transformation and the confidence that comes with a fresh cut. Outside of the shop, Mike stays active by playing soccer and going to the gym, and he unwinds by gaming in his downtime. He appreciates everyone who trusts him in his chair and looks forward to continuing to grow alongside the team at The Cut Lab.

Matt is a Master Barber and the Director of Operations at The Cut Lab, bringing three years of experience behind the chair along with a commitment to excellence both in the shop and behind the scenes. As a craftsman, he brings both technical skill and artistic flair to every service. Specializing in skin fades, long hair, detailed designs, and hot towel shaves, he takes pride in creating personalized cuts that go beyond the basics. His favorite part of the job is connecting with clients—turning each appointment into a meaningful conversation and a boost of confidence. When he's not in the shop, he enjoys creating art, playing video games, motorcycles, taking long walks on the beach, and listening to jazz tuba. His motto says it best: “It’s not just a haircut, it’s an experience that should make you more confident.”

Mason has been cutting hair for over 3 years and brings a creative, artistic edge to every cut. Specializing in mullets, custom designs, scissor work, texturizing, tapers, and fades, he combines technical precision with personal expression. His passion for barbering comes from the ability to turn hair into art — helping clients feel confident, seen, and authentically themselves.

Outside the shop, Mason is an artist through and through, with interests in painting and drawing. He also enjoys Marvel movies, video games and watching drag shows! With over 16 years of professional experience, Jon brings world-class skill and a deep love for the craft to every haircut. Though well-rounded in all styles, he’s especially known for his award-winning hair designs—a true passion that sets him apart. Beyond the chair, he’s traveled the globe competing, educating, and representing the culture of barbering, all while mentoring the next generation. His favorite part of the job? Creating a positive experience that clients can’t find anywhere else. When he’s not cutting, you’ll find him immersed in street art, hip hop, hardcore music, fashion, anime, or gaming.
